    Generals of Faction Spawns
    A top general of a faction will spawn after capturing all of the faction cities after a set number of times.

    It will not attack the faction it is for. Factioned members can heal it and spawned assistance.
    True Brits and Council of Mages generals and spawned assistance will not attack innocence/non-factioned.
    Minax and Shadowlords and spawned assistance will attack the innocent/non-faction.
    Some sort of point system given for the defeat of the spawn. The General will teleport from city to city. Once the General is defeated faction stones are released back to capture mode.
    Have the system work like an invasion. Standard Guard Mode is Removed. Non-faction character can attack/proper flagging to the spawned creatures (standard attack innocence turn criminal without guardwack). The more kills the non-faction defenders get the less points the factioned will get.
    Idea will be expanded in time....
