Can't see custom/cave houses

Alright, I always use the UOf launcher but I have not been able to see the customer homes just the items and doors. I have done the update with turning off the tree hack and only closing with the exit button. After 3 times updating, it crashes my client 4 times before I can use it again...... I'm getting frustrated. Anyone have any ideas that I can do?

Any chance you have more than one UO client installed on your PC? I've had that issue before... updated one client but was launching the other to play the game. I'd double check that the client you are updating is the same one you are using when launching the game.
