? about placing classic houses with tool (not deeds)

So if i use a house placement tool and place a classic house, then demolish it will i get a deed back or full refund?

yeah i figured which is why i had to dump that log cabin i placed for 50k over value...wont be placing classics again unless large tower or bigger. THX!
