I bought this plot yesterday from a guy who bought it from a guy. It's 16x18, Max Storage.

I didn't realize how much money it would cost to remodel it, so I'm listing it back for sale again, since I can't even afford to put up walls and a floor now .

SB is 600k
B/O is 1.1 mil, or whenever I get desperate for money.

I'll let the auction run for a few days.

This plot changed hands twice yesterday. Once to a guy who stripped the design and paragon chests, and then once to me. I really do only have 120k left in my bank, and a serious case of buyers remorse since I can't afford to make it look good.
