I've been looking to buy 5 Lockpicking skill scrolls for awhile now. I've found some vendors that had them, but they were going for 40K. I keep hearing the going rate on them is around 12K/ea. So if you have some LP SS and aren't selling them for more than 2x their going rate, please let me know.
