I snagged this area on an IDOC a few months back, and was able to place a 16 x 18 here. had a neighbor that wouldn't sell to me their plot, ending up selling that 16 x 18 for 15 mil to guild leader. With the needed acquisition on the next lot to make the 18 x 18, this is one of the most expensive 18 x 18's there is. Very nice spot
