Tree Hack, Boat cannons

I cannot get UOsteam to launch from the Laucher. It returns an error as follows:

The procedure entry point
?isPublicID@QXmlUtils@@SA_NABVQSTRING@@@could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Programs Files (x86)\UOS\Qt5Xml.dll.

So, I have been running UO steam directly, but I am missing the cannons on my boat and cannot use the tree hack.

I can run Razor from the launcher and it does work with and without the tree hack.

When I rung UOS as an ADMIN and not from the Launcher, it returns exactly the same error as launching UOS from the Launcher.

OS is Wndows 10 and this is a new install over the old system. I have removed and re-installed Steam and UO several time with no help.

It used to work but just stopped working about two month ago.

So, I cannot use the tree hack which I miss very much and cannot see the cannons on the boat. I suspect I'm missing other graphics as well. The cannons are shown below.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I would uninstall and delete everything UO related then reinstall using the launcher. This sometimes happens because you have multiple instances of UO installed and it’s updating one but you are using another.

I did that twice and it has not helped. Completely uninstalled and deleted the directories and the files on the system for UOS, UO and even removed UOAM. I tried to clean everything out (saved my UOS profiles). I will try again, and do a system search for the UOFlauncher

I get the error message and it will not start the client if ran as administrator. The only way Steam runs is if it is not as admin. Otherwise it generates the error:
