What is this? Just killed a grizzly bear who apparently herds llamas?

Does this "title" do anything?

No it was a title on the grizzly bear. His name was actually "a grizzly bear the mystic llamaherder".

Figured somebody tamed it and renamed it, but last I checked people cannot add extra spaces to pet names.

Every animal (monster?) can spawn with that name.
Its just a rare name. The loot is the same if you kill it.

I just tamed a great hart with that name. I renamed it, but the title "the mystic llama herder" remains.
Also, I walked by a llama with it and nothing happens.

I killed an earth elemental with that title in Despise a couple days ago lol. Didn't drop anything special; no llama's or anything. Sad.
