they were handouts last year. came in orange bag looking things (top row of the chest with pumpkins). inside the bags is the mask. they look like the orange masks in the first bag of the fourth row in that first pic...except they arent orange. they really dont do anything lol. u can hold it in ur hand but doesnt do anything.

now, those orange ones are actually Halloween costumes. when u equip it, it turns u into whatever the mask is. those are a wisp, terr. warrior, female, and ratman

interesting. I just started playing about a month ago and either looted one yesterday/today or something.. still not sure how I got it.

could have been a random idoc loot. when an idoc house falls, some of the stuff inside randomly goes to mobs all over the map. when u kill it, the loot is on it's corpse. these masks dont drop off mobs
