I looked on Haggerty's and the head is typically going for 3.5-4.2 mil.

There's is at least two of his heads at the Orc Fort Nappa! In fact, if you rummage enough you can find almost any head there. I tried getting Eppy's once on test, but he hit me for 3.5k damage with a halberd and I rage logged.
