The player Storm-Crow deserves some sort of commendation

On every occasion that I've run into Storm-Crow, he's been doing something that exclusively benefits other players. As far as I can tell, when he isn't at champs healing/resurrecting pets and players (regardless of whether he knows them, or the guild that they're in), he's hunting for loot that he donates to the new-player's box by the Brit bank. He's clearly among the very few players who have dedicated more of their play time to other players than to themselves and whose efforts make UOF a better place to play.

It'd be swell if his work were acknowledged somehow (perhaps in the form of a title, an item, or the opportunity to serve as a councilor).

Maybe so, I also see him walk around with a trail of wolves and see him providing his services *ahem*.

However, there is also a deeper, darker side to this guy that I witnessed some time ago *I know, we all have one* and to be honest he was quite abrupt and pretty foul mouthed *all because I was backpack shopping*. The truth is, there are many players on UOForever who go out of their way to help existing players/new players with problems they have and I feel that this thread, however noble it is, should also be dedicated to the others who spend sometimes hours, helping those who require assistance.

I might be a thief, I might be a tnuc, but I am certainly not dirty... I change my socks at least once a week, underwear at least once a month or is that underwear once a week and socks once a month... Really don't know any more...

Storm Crow is one of the kindest people I have ever met in game. I have never seen anything from him mean, evil , or double handed. I love you Storm for all of your goodness. We will be friends forever!!

By "acknowledged" I think he meant an award, not a punishment.

I agree 100% I have seen him do great things to help the server. super friendly. hes spent a lot of time helping new players and even veterans.

Storm Crow, I hear by give you my heart. ok sorry that was too far. yall get the point. I VOTE!

Last week I spoke with Storm-Crow and and hope he'll consider joining our team of Companions.

I don't know Storm Crow all that well but I can say..... I would put you right there with him. You are by far one of the nicest people I have ever had the honor in meeting in any game I have played.

Storm Crow, would be the first and most pivotal reason I stayed on this shard (and contributed fiscally since). Wandering around Brit bank being plagued by a wisp and feeling lost from a near two decade UO hiatus, he took the time to take this newbie, explain the goings on of the game, equip me out fully, buy me 1k of eag reg, a full Spellbook, portalled around making me a 'safe' rune book of farming locations, and...gods a whole bunch more stuff. I was so green I thought his guild title was his character name lol. He connected me to the beginnings of uo again, where people could role play decent human beings, wise to the evils and vigilant in protecting the flock from the wolves.


On a side note, Not sure if others have noticed, but
Hes left the only message in the notice board of the Brit Inn, for all new players welcoming them and explaining the location of the new player resources. Given the singular start point,and that this notice is a few paces from your spawn, I fully believed he was already Staff. If that's not the case, he certainly should be given recognition for his efforts. Ironically these character traits likely make him averse to said recognition, however as a community we should equally be vigilant. Vigilant in raising the virtuous high enough to stand as an example of the type of newcomers we wish to attract to this uo community.
