My and my roomate have been playing the shard for a few weeks and are having a blast. Unfortunately we have both created an account and made three characters on each account. I am now worried that if we go to create out second accounts, we will be disallowed due to shard the ruleset. What can we do in this situation?

Hi Alan, my accounts are stuck on the "verifying account" screen. This has been going on for over a week now and I wanted to know if you have any idea as to what could be causing this. At any rate, the only things I did different since this happened was: upgraded from windows 8 to 8.1 (not sure if this has anything to do with it). So I'm wondering if my accounts or ip address is somehow locked out.

Hello Alan, I was asked by Damos to PM you here and bring to your attention that there is a problem with the Companion Status being lost. He has redone it to both My Chara and another players but it keep getting removed. This is stopping us both from being able to help players. Is there a way to fix this. I know Damos is trying to get us both perma Companion status. My Chara is Morgana other plaper is Ellis D.

I could some assistance with a password reset?
